  • How long will it take to receive my computer?
    We try to ship within one or two days, but because we are such a small operation, shipping may be delayed at busier times or due to the absence of key personnel. When your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email message. The email just means the shipping label has been printed. Occasionally, there will be a delay before the item is actually picked up by UPS or DHL. Once it is picked up by the shipper, it will usually arrive in 5-6 days depending on where you are located.


  • Can I get expedited shipping?
    Unfortunately, our systems and level of staffing do not allow for expedited shipping.


  • It appears that one of the peripheral items did not come with the order.
    Please be sure to check for peripheral items carefully in the packing materials, shipping containers and laptop bags.


  • Can anyone order from this site or is it only for UTC employees?
    Anyone is welcome to order from this site.


  • What about my UTC discount?
    Because we have no way to confirm UTC employment, pricing of items already reflects all applicable discounts.


  • I ordered Windows, but how come I don't have MS Word, Excel etc?
    Windows is an operating system. It allows your computer to function. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. are part of software suite called MS Office. MS Office is not included. When Windows is ordered through us, we include a program called Open Office which is fully compatible with MS Office programs.


  • What is the warranty on these computers?
    Unless otherwise stated, Dell computers have a 30 day warranty period and IBM computers have a 90 day warranty. NOTE: Any returned items must be returned in original packaging that has been securely sealed or your warranty claim may be jeopardized.


  • I have a problem with my computer and I'm beyond the warranty period - what do I do?
    Contact us! Many times we can still help you, depending on what the issue is.
